Once completed, Porto Montenegro will include five dynamic and distinctive districts that will expand the destination’s offering. Regent Hotel & Venezia Residences offers 129 managed Regent Pool Club Residences in the Aqua and Baia buildings, and 50 apartments in the Elena Residences building, all overlooking Porto Montenegro’s unparalleled 460-berth superyacht marina.
The new urban village of Boka Place, currently under development and scheduled for completion by the summer of 2024, will be a five-star health and wellness lifestyle concept hotel and fitness center named SIRO by industry leader Kerzner International (inventor and operator of One&Only Resorts, Atlantis Resorts and Residences, Rare Finds, unique hotel and entertainment destinations, including the resorts of Bab Al Shams in Dubai).
Synchro Yards is the newest and most avant-garde neighborhood, scheduled for completion in 2026. The latest phase of the real estate project includes two residences in an ideal location with breathtaking views of the prestigious marina. Synchro Yards will host a beach club with a swimming pool and lagoons, fine dining and exclusive retail outlets. In addition, the renovated shipyard building within Synchro Yards will serve as a versatile event space that will host a range of activities from art workshops to music events, paying homage to its industrial heritage.
North Village will transform the existing sports and tennis centre of the former naval shipyard and is planned as a tennis village for sports breaks, where small tournaments can also be held, including an active but informal and relaxed lifestyle centre with apartments, retail and restaurants.
