The story behind SINK GREEN is a story of craft and punk, of roots and innovation, of smart European hamsters and imaginative otters, of endangered species and an international star. The story is told by Iggy Pop, the great "Godfather of Punk", who fits perfectly with the animal heroes.

The story of SINK GREEN and the Green Team is not a myth or a modern fairy tale. It’s the story of shock. The company with sinks for the kitchen! Now Schock continues his collaboration with Iggy Pop: “Welcome to SCHOCK’s Home of Colourful!”. It is already the second campaign with Iggy Pop, the focus of the first campaign was the sustainability strategy “Sink Green”. Now the story of Iggy and his Green Team is being told from protected animals from the Bavarian Forest. In two 15-second spots, the punk idol emphasizes specific product features such as durability and ease of care, while the main film focuses on the manufacturer’s product diversity. The animal protagonists as a symbol of the Bavarian Forest continue to play a central role in the new campaign. In the production, Iggy Pop celebrates in a kitchen, surrounded by the wild party hustle and bustle of Bavarian forest dwellers.

The motto is: “With Schock sinks and faucets, the kitchen can be just as individual and as the lives of the people who use it.” Susanne Zeitlhöfler, Head of Marketing & Product Management at the sink manufacturer, commented on the communication as follows: “The Schock brand stands for modern design, traditional quality and a clear commitment to sustainability. The new campaign reflects all these aspects and also conveys the joie de vivre that customers can celebrate with our colourful, designed sink areas. And Iggy Pop, who is currently also inspiring with a new album, gives the campaign a party atmosphere. With his coolness and self-deprecation, the born entertainer is the perfect cast for the role of host of our kitchen party.
